I believe the most exciting thing at Elcam is the atmosphere. It is an energy that promotes “everything is possible”, but there is also a safety net and it is ok to be wrong. It sometime feels like a start-up operating within a big company, with the advantages of stability and monitoring.

Within Elcam, I see caring expressed daily, and in challenging situations. Care is demonstrated in giving effective support and in offering specific assistance when one is in need. Caring is also displayed in our commitment to the environment through sustainability initiatives, while actively encouraging all employees to participate and cooperate for a sustainable future.

Elcam's perspective allows us to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. For instance, in my situation, I have the flexibility to leave work early once a week to enjoy quality time with my family.

At Elcam, employees have advancement opportunities within departments and across the organization, fostering professional and personal growth through training, certifications, and special projects. For example, I started as Sales Manager for South America and then promoted to Sales Manager for the Americas, and again to Stopcock Product Manager within Sales Department.
